Charlotte Sacs was born from the concept that every woman is unique and has a very personal style , that is why we created the option of being able to choose our designs and request them in the color you like the most and personalize them with YOUR INITIALS and the extras available for each design.
We also have the option of customizing YOUR CHARLOTTE in a different leather and color than those proposed for each model and season. To do this, please contact us via WhatsApp at the following number +34 680 49 92 22. This way, we can offer you the available leather and color options and confirm the value of the personalized product as well as the production time.
Charlotte Sacs makes available to you either here on our website or on our social networks the different models that we are designing and we put at your disposal the different color options available for that model. Once you have chosen the color, you can have fun designing your own bag by adding available extras, YOUR INITIALS and making it UNIQUE.

We have two payment methods. Bank transfer or deposit, or through the Santander Bank platform "GetNet", you can make the purchase with your credit card based on the benefits that the platform has at that time.
We ship our products to ALL EUROPE AND AMERICA.

Yes we do, in fact several of our bags are already with their happy owners in Europe, North America and Oceania.

We also offer the option of agreeing with us the personal collection of your product once it has been made.
Unfortunately, unless the product is defective upon receipt, since it is personalized, it cannot be returned.
We also offer a GIFT CARD service that allows you to give the EXPERIENCE of PERSONALIZING YOUR OWN WALLET and thus avoid any type of change on the product chosen for a gift. You can choose Gift Cards with an open price or a fixed price.
Charlotte Sacs' exchange policy is clear that our products are personalized and made to order, therefore they cannot be exchanged, unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt.
Claims for problems or defects in manufacturing will be processed within 30 calendar days of receiving the product. After this period, the product cannot be exchanged, but we will be able to evaluate the claim and try to provide you with a solution at no cost by bringing or sending the product in question to our Workshop located in Girona, Spain.
